MISYA Art is the exclusive technology, patented by EMitech, for pest-control treatments, through microwaves, of objects made of wood, paper and cloth.

MISYA BASIC: system conceived for static disinfestation processes of medium to large-sized objects made of wood, paper and cloth.
MISYA FULL: fully-equipped system, provided with the complete series of accessories, conceived for static disinfestation processes of medium to large-sized objects made of wood, paper and cloth.

Both systems can be realized in modular version or ISO-STD 20’ container: these two versions have an identical operation and are equipped with the same electrical  and electronic devices and the same microwave generating systems.

MISYA BASIC – MODULAR version:
This system is to be assembled, equipped and tested at the customer’s premises. It is composed of a technical room containing all electrical instruments for electromagnetic energy generation and management, control and protection devices and of a shielded treatment chamber for the disinfestations process. It is provided with a shielded door with a manual closing for the entry into the treatment chamber.

Installation site requirements:
•    Recommended minimum surface: 80 m²
•    Minimum height: 3000 mm

MISYA BASIC – ISO-STD 20’ CONTAINER version:
It is composed of a technical room containing all electrical instruments for electromagnetic energy generation and management, control and protection devices and of a shielded treatment chamber for the disinfestations process. The ISO STD 20’ container can be picked up by means of a crane and can be very easily transported. It is completely equipped and tested in EMitech’s plant before delivery so that linking up the system to the electric grid and to the ground wiring is all that is left to be done for its installation. The container has two doors: one with two folding shutters, for the entry into the technical room and the other one shielded and with a manual closing for the entry into the treatment chamber.

•    Recommended minimum surface: 80 m²
•    Minimum height: 3000 mm
•    Access door (mm): H 2700 x L 2600

MISYA FULL – MODULAR version:
The system, whose structure is similar to MISYA BASIC, differs from it in the optional equipment. Said differences consist in:
•    just one microwave generator and applicator with variable power input ranging from  0,8 to 6,0 kWrf from remote;
•    software management and control by means of a touch-screen control panel for set up of process parameters power/time/temperature;
•    fiber optic thermometer, for the real-time measurement of the treated object inner temperature with threshold alarm setting up;
•    shielded chamber for entry into the treatment chamber with automated pneumatic closing/opening.

MISYA FULL – ISO-STD 20’ CONTAINER version:
The system, whose structure is similar to MISYA BASIC, differs from it in the optional equipment, as described for the model MISYA FULL – Modular version.

MISYA ASYMMETRIC BOX:
For its dimensions, this microwave device has been conceived and realized for small-sized objects like books and frames.
Its peculiarity consists in the possibility to be moved easily from a place to another by means of a medium-sized vehicle and to be rapidly positioned into the same site thanks to its swivel wheels. The device can be endowed with one or more microwave generators a variable power output ranging from 0,5kWrf to 6kWrf. Furthermore, it can be equipped with some optional devices such as the automatic door closing, the fiber optic thermometer and the touch-screen control panel.

Installation site requirements:
•    Recommended minimum surface: 20 m²
•    Minimum height: 2500 mm
•    Access door (mm): H 2400 x L 1000
